Nanobiology have made this final exercise for the course Biomolecular Programming. They have designed a program in the programming language Java that simulates a Neutrophil chasing a Bacterium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Neutrophil is a cell type, part of the immune system, that is able to chase and catch a bacterium. It does so by detecting a gradient of biomolecules that are synthesized and secreted by the bacterium, this sensing mechanism is called chemotaxis.
