In addition, the confocal setup should be especially interesting for researchers using near infrared (NIR) fluorescent probes, or more than 4 fluorescent stains.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Special objectives will be available for imaging organoids and tissues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Specifications of the demonstration setup include:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inverted microscope&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 laser spanning the wavelength range from 405 nm &#8211; to 785 nm&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 detectors for simulaneous imaging and spectral unmixing&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incubation system for live cell imaging (37C\/5%CO2) using 35mm dishes, multiwell slides and multiwell dishes&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Resonant scanner for fast (&gt;20fps) imaging&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you are interested to test the FV4000, please send us an <a href=\"mailto:g.kremers@erasmusmc.nl\" data-type=\"mailto\" data-id=\"mailto:g.kremers@erasmusmc.nl\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-secondary-color\">email<\/mark><\/a> with a short description of the sample you would like to image.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-primary-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-304e53c50e0473cb2a750450bf5f0fde wp-block-paragraph\">For more specifications of the FV4000 go to: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olympus-lifescience.com\/en\/laser-scanning\/fv4000\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.olympus-lifescience.com\/en\/laser-scanning\/fv4000\/ <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On site from the 5th of February, till 9th of February Don\u2019t miss out on the sneak preview on the 26th January, 10am \u2013 11am by clicking here!
